
Peter Dikeman’s experience in the ever changing world of high tech spans marketing, business development, general management, and product development for startups, SMBs and large enterprises.
This diverse combination of knowledge, skill, and experience has given Peter the ability to “think” and communicate in multiple disciplines. Combined with his entrepreneurial background, this has led to Peter’s repeated success in helping organizations leverage technology to drive the bottom line.
Prior to co-founding Acquire B2B, Peter was with Cardscan where he held a wide variety of senior management, marketing and product development roles, and was instrumental in helping to make Cardscan the dominate player in it’s category with over an 80% share of the worldwide market for business card scanners.
Peter joined Cardscan in 1998, created the company’s first business card scanner and established its Far East manufacturing. In 2004, He started and led Cardscan’s B2B division, leveraging marketing to drive the sales of its CRM products. After Cardscan was acquired by Newell Rubbermaid in 2006 he assumed the role of Director of Business Development and Director of Marketing.
Previously, Peter was the founder of two successful startups - Digital Techniques, Inc , a pioneer in touch activated, multimedia technology for consumer self service applications, and Lexidata Corporation a leader in development of high-resolution graphic displays for medical imaging and computer aided design (CAD). Lexidata’s product leadership led to a successful IPO.
Peter earned a bachelor’s of science degree in electrical engineering from Swarthmore College
